More Information
SOLANUM Mobility tablets consist of dried extract from potatoes (Solanum Tuberosum). Mobility tablets are produced in Denmark in production facilities approved by "Veterinaer- & Fodevaredirektoratet" .
People who want flexibility in the joints and relief of pains in aching muscles and joints can use SOLANUM Mobility tablets. The Latin plant name “solanum” originally comes from the word solor1, which means “relieve”.
Potatoes have for several centuries been used as traditional medicine around the world against different kinds of diseases. It is common knowledge that potato water is effective against arthritis. The potato water cure is today used around the world for curing or easing inflammatory diseases.
Many people suffering from arthritis do not manage to complete the laborious potato water cure. It is necessary to clean and boll 1 to 1 ½ kilograms of potatoes every day to get enough benefits. The chilled potato water has to be consumed during the day.
Now, it is much easier to carry out a potato cure. SOLANUM Mobility tablets contain the same effective components but concentrated in small tablets. Therefore 6 tablets taken together with water will give the same relief and curing effect. Active substances in the tablets capture the toxins in the body, but it is necessary to drink 1 ½ litres of water during the day to get the captured toxins out of the body.
From nature, SOLANUM Mobility tablets consist of enormous numbers of substances. It is proven in the scientific literature that some of the substances have a superior effect against inflammatory diseases. Some of the substances found in potatoes are minerals, vitamins, amino acids, lipoic acid, Polyphenols and Glycoalkalolds. Analysis of Mobility tablets has shown that the concentration of all these healthy substances is enough that 6 tablets per day is sufficient to cure or soothe arthritis pain.
More than 3,000 years ago plant extract containing alkaloids was used against different diseases in India. The name Alkaloid originated from 1819 in Germany, because pharmacist Carl Meisner Halle defined pharmaceutically active plant substances which was alkaline and content nitrogen as alkaloids2.
Glycoalkaloids are biologically active substances, for instance known from extract of Bittersweet Nightshade (Solanum dulcamara), which for hundreds of years has been used as herbal medicine against inflammatory arthritis.
Alkaloids have potent anti-inflammatory, anti-arthritis and pain relieving effects. They are used clinically to treat Immunomediated disorders such as allergies, asthma, bronchitis, arthritis, gout and more3.
Immunomodulators include glycoalkaloid extract of Solanum. Use of this extract is stated to be useful for treatment of infections4.
Schweizerische Gesellshaft fur Lebensmittel-Wissenschaft und - Technologie (SGLWT) says that doses between 10 and 100mg Solanine was given as medicine. Potatoes content first of all the 2 glycoalkaloids solanine and chaconine. Deathly doses are stated to be more than 400 mg Solanine for a grownup person6. Tox-data for chaconine and Solanine indicate that they are at the same level.
Potatoes contain polyphenols as chlorogenic acid, catechin and epigallocatechin.
A substance (chlorogenic acid) in the common potato prevents invading bacteria from latching onto vulnerable cells in the human body8, Potato extract may work as antibiotic. The polyphenols from the peel inhibited streptococcus bacteria and strain of escherichia from sticking to cells9.
The Mobility tablets are added 10 % cacao powder. It provides the tablets with a delicate taste and adds the catechins, which are well known from green tea15.
Histidine is an effective and safe therapy for patients with rheumatoid arthritis10 Histidine from potato peel and barley water can by long-term therapy cure rheumatic diseases11.
Lipoic acid has been shown to be a powerful toxic chelator with ability to bind mercury, lead and other hazardous metals12,13. Alpha-lipoic acid - the potato antioxidant - Is the only antioxidant which is both fat and water soluble and it has a number of unique applications leading to its great health promoting ability. Lipoic acid is used to treat cirrhosis, hepatitis and radiation Injury14.
People suffering from potato allergies must not take the Mobility tablets.
Research has shown that glycoalkaloids found in potatoes can inhibit the liver's ability to break down major anesthetics7.
Mobility tablets can cause disturbance of stomach and intestine. If this is the case then start with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening. Slowly go up to the recommended 6 tablets per day.

Devil's Claw is a plant found in the deserts of southern Africa. It is named Devil's Claw because of the distinctively shaped tips of its fruits.
For years, people indigenous to the African continent dug up the plant's large tuberous roots, chopped them up, and let them dry in the sun. From the dried roots, they then prepared healing formulations to treat arthritis, fever, indigestion, and a number of other conditions.
It remains unclear just how devil's claw works to reduce inflammation and pain. The latest findings indicate that the plant does not exert anti-inflammatory effects in the same way that many standard anti-inflammatory medications do.
Yet test-tube studies still point to slight painkilling and anti-inflammatory actions. A handful of studies support the use of devil's claw for easing the inflammation and pain that often afflict people with arthritis.
Mild pain relief and a lessening of inflammation was noted in a 1976 study that compared the devil's claw with the effects of a common arthritis drug (phenylbutazone).
